Draw two Action Cards in combat and act
on the lowest. If you draw a Joker, use it
normally and ignore the Hindrance for the
round (hence this being a Minor Hindrance,
it actually increases your chances of
drawing a Joker!)

Hesitant characters cannot take the [[Quick]]
or [[Level Headed]] Edges.
